Continuing to support you in the pandemic.
The current pandemic and the necessary lockdown is weighing heavily on everyone at the moment. It is particularly difficult when you are concerned that an extended lockdown may affect your limited time to have your family.
To our current patients, we want to reassure you that you can continue your fertility care with us. We are open and available to provide you with safe fertility care at this challenging time. We are using telehealth for all our consultations and providing a safe environment in our clinics. We can assist our patients from the most affected LGAs with rapid on site COVID testing.
Over the last couple of days, we have received a number of calls from patients who have had unavoidable disruptions to treatment with their own provider. We understand the stress that this can cause and have set up a rapid appointment process to provide you with immediate access to advice, consultation with an expert fertility specialist and, if appropriate, fertility treatment in this circumstance. Your initial appointment would be using telehealth, to provide you with convenience and safety.
Finally, if you have the chance to be vaccinated do take it. The Pfizer vaccine is recommended when you are either pregnant or trying to be pregnant and it has no harmful effects on fertility treatment.
