How To Secure A Box?
Simply complete an appointment with your Virtus Health fertility specialist by the 31st of March 2023 and email [email protected]. with a copy of your appointment confirmation email (including your full name, Dr, and clinic location) and shipping address.
Before Baby boxes will be distributed following your first appointment with your Fertility Specialist!
Terms and Conditions
1. Entry is open to any person who registers for the Before Baby campaign and who books and attends an appointment with a Virtus Health specialist within Australia.
2. The Before Baby promotion commences on 3rd January until 15th February 2023 (“Promotional Period”), with the Before Baby boxes available to claim until 31st March 2023.
3. There are a limited number of boxes available and will be distributed on a first come, first serve basis, based on the time of your first appointment with your Virtus Health fertility specialist.
4. Before Baby boxes will be distributed following your first appointment with your Fertility Specialist.
5. All first appointments must be completed by 31st March 2023 to qualify. If your preferred specialist is unavailable before 31st March, please contact us on [email protected].
6. To claim your box, email [email protected] with a copy of your appointment confirmation email (including your full name, Dr, and clinic location), and shipping address.
7. You will receive an email confirmation confirming acknowledgement, securing a Before Baby box.
8. Your Before Baby box will be distributed following your first appointment.
9. The Before Baby box is not exchangeable, transferable, and are not redeemable for cash.
