Christmas is coming. And while Christmas is a time of celebration for many families, this time of year can often be a very difficult and emotional time for people who are struggling to have their families.

Over this Christmas and New Year period we will still be here for you. Our clinics will remain open throughout the Christmas and New Year period, other than the 25th/26th December and the 1st January. Our nursing, admin and counselling team will be available throughout the Christmas period to provide you with all the support and assistance that you need.

To give our embryologists a break, our last egg collection will be on 18th December. We will therefore not be starting any stimulation cycles from the 6th December 2020. The start of stimulation is the first day of taking FSH medication. If you have any questions at all, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Having a plan for this time of year can help you feel more in control and hopefully allow you to make the most of the break, so that you can come back in the New Year with renewed energy to continue your fertility journey.

The holidays are meant to be a time of joy, gratitude and family. Here are eight ways to gracefully survive this festive season when you’re having difficulties conceiving.
