Certificate in Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility Subspecialty (CREI)
An important principle at IVFAustralia is that all the fertility specialists who provide treatment to IVFAustralia patients have received specific advanced training in infertility. In most cases, this means that they have formally sub-specialised in this area and hold the advanced Certificate in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (CREI).
The Certificate of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (CREI) qualification is only for trained doctors who already hold the qualification of Fellow of the Royal Australian & New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists (FRANZCOG).
Possession of the Certificate in Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (CREI) qualification demonstrates that your specialist is fully trained to provide the highest level of expertise to patients with reproductive endocrine and infertility disorders.
IVFAustralia is an accredited training centre for Obstetricians and Gynaecologists who are carrying out the advanced subspecialist training in the area of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility.
Currently several doctors are undertaking their advanced Certificate of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility (CREI) sub-specialist training with IVFAustralia, including Dr Katrina Rowan, Dr Juliette Koch, and Dr Michele Kwik. These doctors are all fully trained specialists in Obstetrics and Gynaecology who are working with the IVFAustralia Fertility Specialists to develop advanced expertise in infertility care. As part of this training, these doctors participate with your Fertility Specialist in consultations and treatments.
